I'm Will, the founder and head coach at Platinum, dedicated to helping you prevent and reverse the effects of ageing.

My passion lies in empowering individuals to feel their best and achieve their health goals. I will help you get stronger, become fitter, gain energy and improve mobility no matter your starting point.

My Mission

With Platinum, I am committed to providing personalised exercise solutions that prevent and reverse the physical effects of ageing for both older and younger adults. My programmes are meticulously crafted to address individual needs, ensuring that they are easy for you to perform, maintain, and are tailored to your preferences.

It is my belief that through Strength Training, Mobility Exercises, Cardiovascular Exercise, and Weight Management, we can prevent and reduce age-related health problems like frailty, falls, chronic disease, and lessen the effects of those if and when they do occur.

Hind had been recently diagnosed with Osteopenia (low Bone Mineral Density a stage before Osteoporosis) and although she had been active her entire life she had no experience with Strength Training. She has been training 2-3 times per week (with frequent breaks for holidays and travel), is now in normal Bone Mineral Density ranges, and can even lift her own bodyweight!
